Summer Apple Pie

PREPARATION:

Knead the flour with margarine, egg yolks, egg, powdered sugar, cream and baking powder.

Split into two parts. One roll it, a second chill in the refrigerator.

Sheeted dough lay off on a greased baking tray.

Place the dough on a peeled, sliced apples into eighths.

Cook two Puddings in 3 cups of milk.

Hot pour custard apples.

On top wipe off the second part of the dough.

Bake for 45 minutes at 200 ° C. Serve.
