Iceberg Salad with Bacon and Mozzarella
PREPARATION:
Slice the bacon into slices and fry in a frying pan.
Vinegar salad dressing mix with boiled water (cold) and olive oil. We set aside for about 10 minutes. To combine the flavors.
We rinse iceberg lettuce with our hands tearing into smaller pieces. Add rucola, olives, sliced tomatoes and basil leaves. Pour Winiary sauce and gently mix.
Let's put the salad on a plate, put cheese in mozzarella slices, add the fried bacon, seasoned and ready.
