Beef in Roast Sauce

REPARATION:

Cutlets slightly break.

Cut the onion into slices and garlic crush.

Meat fry on fat (about 2 minutes), then add onion, garlic and marjoram.

Serve dark brown sauce for each day. For each Day of Winiary, spread well in 300 ml of cold water, then set on fire and stir until boiling. Boil for 5 minutes often stirring. Add meat sauce.

Too soft.

Serve with Silesian dumplings or mashed potatoes.
