Chicken Salad with Bacon


PREPARATION:

Baked chicken fillets cut into thick cube, potatoes and cucumber slices, carrots in a small cube, pork cutlets, tomatoes into particles.

Slice bacon and fry in a skillet, remove from the fat and drain on a paper towel.

Put all ingredients in a bowl, pour peas, sprinkle with vinegar, mix.

Combine Mayonnaise with olive oil, yogurt, Provence herbs and chopped dill, pour the salad, mix, season to taste, sprinkle with drowned bacon. Serve with bread.
