English Pudding

PREPARATION:

Apply a small amount of butter to the mold. Cut the slice into small, 1 cm slices. Spread on butter on one side.

Place in a mold, sloping to overlap.

Cream the cream, milk, sugar and egg thoroughly mix. Pour the slurry over the slices.

Sprinkle with raisins, cranberries and dark sugar. You can also use other additives, such as chocolate or dried plums. Slightly gently press and set aside for 10 minutes.

Bake at 160 degrees C for about 30 minutes. Take off, apply a thin layer of jam. Serve right away. Bon Appetit!
